Description:

62 year-old man, presented with abdominal pain, suspicious for appendicitis. Abdominal CT scan revealed multiple liver masses and a cecal tumor. Colonoscopy showed a flat sessile tumor of 4 cm diameter in the cecum, and 2 other smaller polyps in the distal colon. Several biopsies were taken from the cecal lesion.
